The Chrome extension does not slow down your browser in any way. We've optimized it to be incredibly lightweight:

Performance Facts:

  • Less than 5MB total size

  • No background processes when not in use

  • Cloud-based processing (not local)

  • Minimal memory footprint

  • No impact on page load times

Everything is handled via the cloud, so there's no significant strain on your computer or web browser. The extension only activates when you're on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, remaining completely dormant otherwise.
