Absolutely! When you sign up for a free or premium account, we allow you to create custom folders where you can effortlessly organize any transcripts or collections. This organization system helps you manage content by subjects, topics, clients, projects, or any system that works for you.
Folder Capabilities:
Create up to 50 folders per account (500 for premium users in
upcoming update)
Drag and drop transcripts between folders
Bulk move multiple transcripts at once
Search within specific folders
Share folders publicly or privately
Export entire folders at once
The upcoming update for premium users will also allow nested folders (folders within folders) for even better organization. We know that creating multiple folders within a folder helps with best organization practices, especially for agencies and power users.
