Extract Burned-In Captions from Instagram Reels

As a user, I want to be able to transcribe Instagram Reels that have burned-in or edited subtitles directly in the video. My current workflow is blocked because many Reels use this style of captioning, and the tool currently shows 'transcripts currently unavailable' for them. This feature would allow me to process these videos.

    Hey @lace happy to announce we’re pushing this update this Friday! Any video (regardless of captions or not) will have the transcripts pulled.
