I feel like this is so buggy. when i I try to get analysis on tik tok from a different account it says this: Unexpected token '<', "<html> <h"... is not valid JSON and not matter what I do (refresh etc) it wont work. also when I'm on claude and try to get data it keeps saying this:

That error message on the top right doesn’t look like it has anything to do with us, but moreso is an issue with Claude itself.

There is limitations for what we can enforce on the ChatGPT / Claude side of things. If their system is down, or their system is experiencing a technical difficulty there’s not much we are unfortunately able to do on our end.
