What happens to my saved transcripts if I downgrade from premium to free?

Nothing happens at all. We save all of your transcript history whether you're on the premium or the free plan. This effectively costs us nothing, so we want to do our best to make sure that all of your video transcripts are safe and sound regardless if you're on a free or a premium plan.

What remains after downgrading:

• All transcripts saved forever

• Complete folder structure

• Full search capabilities

• Export abilities for existing content

• Account access unchanged

What changes:

• New transcript limit: 10 per day

• No bulk processing

• No video/image downloads

• No AI agents access

• No collection imports

Your content library is yours forever. We don't delete anything when you downgrade.
