Do unused transcripts roll over to the next month?

Both our $5 monthly plan and our $25/year plan give you unlimited transcript downloads, so in theory, there's not much to roll over. There's no monthly allocation to worry about - you get unlimited transcripts every day.

For free users, the 10 daily transcripts don't roll over. Use them or lose them each day when the limit resets at midnight.

But just in case, we make sure to preserve everything for you no matter what. Any transcripts you've downloaded are saved forever in your account.
