Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any point in time without any issues or concerns. Your access will still remain until your start date of when you first signed up is complete. This is to ensure you get the most amount of time that you've paid for and the biggest bang for your buck.

How to cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription

  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"

  3. Confirm cancellation

  4. Keep full premium access until period ends

No phone calls, no chat with retention, no guilt trips. Just click and done. We don't make cancellation harder than signing up.

When you cancel, you keep everything - all transcripts, folders, organization. When your paid period ends, you revert to free tier limits but lose no data. You can resubscribe anytime and pick up exactly where you left off.
