What happens to shared links if I delete a transcript?

If you delete a transcript that has a shared link, the link stops working immediately. Anyone who tries to access it will see that the content is no longer available.

The same applies if you delete your account — all shared links associated with your account will stop working.

There's no way to recover a deleted transcript or its shared link. If you want to keep the shared link active, don't delete the transcript.
