The Add to TokScript button isn't working. What should I check?

  1. You're not signed in. Click the TokScript icon and confirm you see your account.

  2. You haven't scrolled enough. Scroll at least a handful of videos before clicking.

  3. You hit your plan limit. Free accounts have monthly export caps. Check your dashboard usage page.

  4. The profile is private. Private profiles can't be exported.

  5. Your dashboard didn't receive it. Refresh your dashboard. If it's not there, try again with the same profile.

  6. Network issue. Check your internet connection.

If you've tried all of the above, contact support with the profile URL.
