Can I extract captions/subtitles if they're burned into the video?

Not yet, but this revolutionary feature is coming soon to TokScript! Currently, TokScript extracts the platform-provided transcripts from TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. But we're developing technology to read text that's actually burned into the video image.
Current TokScript extraction (available now):
Platform-generated captions
Auto-transcribed content
Creator-edited subtitles
Embedded transcript data
Coming soon - Visual text extraction:
Burned-in captions/subtitles
On-screen text overlays
Title cards and graphics
Visual elements with text
Frame-by-frame text analysis
Why this matters for TokScript users:
Many viral videos include crucial text that isn't in the transcript:
Hook text overlayed on video
Product names shown on screen
Key points as visual text
Calls-to-action in graphics
Once available, the Viral Video Analyzer will understand:
Complete content context (audio + visual)
Why certain visual elements drive engagement
How text timing affects retention
Visual hook patterns that work
Want this feature prioritized?
Submit a feature request through TokScript's system. The more requests we get, the faster we build it. This could transform how the Viral Script Writer and Viral Hook Writer understand complete content context.
