Can I share transcripts with others?

You can share individual transcripts with a shareable link. Generate a link from the transcript details, send it to someone, and they can view it (read-only by default).

You can't grant edit access or collaborative editing—shared transcripts are view-only. The person viewing doesn't need a TokScript account.

For team collaboration, consider exporting transcripts and sharing via Google Docs, Notion, or your usual collaboration tool.
