How to Use Bulk Transcription (Multiple Videos at Once)

Bulk transcription saves time when you need transcripts for many videos. You can transcribe up to 50 videos in a single request.

How It Works:

  1. Collect all your video URLs (from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).

  2. Paste them into your chat as a comma-separated list or individual URLs, one per line.

  3. Ask for bulk transcription.

Processing:

  • Under 50 videos: Processed instantly. You'll see all transcripts in the chat right away.

  • 50 or more videos: Goes into an async job queue. The connector will email you the results in about 30 minutes.

When transcription is complete, you get:

  • Original transcript text for each video.

  • Video title, creator, view count, and other metadata.

  • All results organized by video URL.

After You Get the Transcripts:

Use Claude or ChatGPT to process them further:

  • Summarize all 50 transcripts into one insight document.

  • Extract the top 10 hooks or opening lines.

  • Find common themes across all the videos.

  • Identify questions or pain points mentioned repeatedly.

Tips:

  • Make sure all URLs are complete and valid (including http:// or https://).

  • If any URL fails to transcribe, the connector will note it and continue with the rest.

  • For large collections, the async email includes a download link or CSV export.

  • You don't need to wait for the email—check back in the chat later, or ask Claude to retrieve your library results.
