Are there any hidden fees or usage limits I should know about?

Nope, there are no hidden fees and no usage limits that you should know about. However, if we find a user being abusive on our system and attempting to do nefarious activities, you will receive an email warning outlining everything that you're doing. This only applies to 0.5% of cases where a bad actor comes onto the platform and they're trying to exploit it.

What's truly unlimited:

• Transcript downloads (infinite)

• AI agent usage (unlimited generations)

• Bulk processing runs (as many as you want)

• Storage (never deleted)

• Exports (anytime, any format)

Technical constraints (not hidden limits):

• Bulk processing: 50 URLs at once (but run unlimited times)

• Folders: 50 for premium, 500 coming for annual

• Collections: Up to 10,000 videos per import

Other than that, we have no hidden fees and no usage limits for our paid users. For our free users, we do have minimal usage limits in terms of features and functions that are not available for our free account.
